CBE Fayda Harmonization
CBE Fayda harmonization is a relatively simple process. You do not need to visit the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) physically. Just visit CBE’s official Fayda ID Connect page and follow the instructions mentioned below. Link to the connection page is given at the end of this article.
Opening the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Fayda Connection page and enter your CBE account number. Enter OTP (One Time Password). Your can receive the OTP through SMS or Email. Enter your 12-digit FIN (Fayda Identification Number). You will be asked to allow the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia to have access to your data including name, date of birth, address etc. Click Yes.
Always connect your Fayda ID to CBE’s account by using the following official page of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia: https://cbefayda.cbe.com.et/. CBE Fayda Harmonization should be done by every CBE account holder, as the bank has been warning that if Fayda is not connected to CBE bank account, the account could have limited functionality.
